Return and Refund Policy – Mirrorflex

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to service@mirrorflex.co within the 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in resalable condition.

3. Return Process

Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange. Please contact us at service@mirrorflex.co for assistance.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as customized items or products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold (e.g., personal care items). Please contact us for details on non-returnable items.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
